Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) This position is located at the facility and involves providing comprehensive inpatient occupational therapy services. The role requires coordinating patient care to optimize recovery and functional independence while complying with all regulatory standards. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in quality improvement activities and departmental operations.

Job Details

• Position Description: Under the supervision of the director of physical therapy, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for directing inpatient occupational therapy services, including administering physical agents prescribed by a referring physician, and ensuring departmental compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure or certification as an occupational therapist; knowledge of therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology; current BCLS certification; 0 years of experience; location at the facility; schedule of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week starting on 01/25/2027 through 04/26/2027.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional languages are preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional Information: The role involves coordinating patient care in the inpatient setting, managing therapy equipment safely, participating in performance improvement activities, and working collaboratively with healthcare team members.
