Job Details

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Position Description: Responsible for reviewing patient records to determine medication appropriateness, evaluating patient conditions, developing medication plans, consulting with prescribers, advising on drug administration, assessing treatment outcomes, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with physicians and nurses.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Oklahoma Pharmacist, with at least 1 year of experience in inpatient pharmacy.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with systems such as McKesson Automation, Omnicell Systems, POS, ScriptPro, and Baxa Systems, and utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system. The position requires a team-oriented personality, professional attire in scrub color black, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff.
