Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: At least 2 years of previous respiratory therapy experience, including NICU experience, with a Wisconsin state license.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification, Wisconsin state license, current skills checklist completed within 1 year, and at least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience, Epic EMR system proficiency.
• Additional Information: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, with proof of address required for billing purposes.
• Submission Requirements: Work history/resume, copy of certifications, license verification, references (including one supervisory reference), proof of taxable address, and skills checklist.
