Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Location: Home Health. This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy services within the healthcare organizations home health division. The role supports patient recovery and rehabilitation needs, ensuring quality care delivery in a home setting.
Job Details
- Position Description: Unit notes emphasize local placements with an 80-mile radius, involving work in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings. No on-call or callback duties are required.
- Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; license to submit; placement begins on 10/12/2026 and ends on 01/11/2027.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Clinical guarantee of 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts or 40 hours for eight to ten-hour shifts. Work week runs from Sunday through Saturday. Charting is completed via Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Occasional coverage at other facilities may be required.
