Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a contract position at a healthcare facility in Houston, Texas. This role involves performing outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department CT scans within a level II trauma facility, supporting the radiology team with all ordered exams and adhering to unit policies and safety protocols.
Job Details
- Position: CT Technologist
- Location: Houston, TX
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/26/2026
- End Date: 01/25/2027
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (CT) certification and relevant experience in a trauma facility; 0 years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a trauma-level II environment and familiarity with Meditech (Expanse) EMR system is advantageous
- Responsibilities:
- Perform all ordered CT examinations including ED, inpatient, and outpatient scans
- Maintain safety and quality standards adhering to unit policies
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely imaging services
- Support team-based environment with a teamwork mindset
- Additional Information:
- A flexible and team-oriented personality fit is desired to ensure smooth workflow and patient care
- Dress code: Scrubs in green
