Job Summary
CT Technologist position located in Houston, Texas. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in a trauma Level II facility. The technician will support emergency, outpatient, and inpatient services, ensuring high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Perform CT imaging procedures, including ED, outpatient, and inpatient exams, in a Level II trauma facility.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (CT) certification. Experience in a trauma facility is a plus; candidates without these skills will not be considered. Candidates with ARRT (CT) certification will be prioritized.
- Schedule: Nights shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The unit has 10 staff members made up of full-time and PRN personnel, with a patient ratio of 1:1. The department uses Meditech (Expanse starting 10/9). Candidates should have a teamwork mindset and be adaptable to variable weekend and on-call schedules.
