Job Summary
X-ray Technologist in the XRAY TECH specialty, located at the healthcare facility, is responsible for performing prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department and facility policies. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality imaging that supports accurate diagnosis and treatment, while maintaining safety and confidentiality standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Performs radiographic procedures, educates patients and families regarding procedures and associated risks, and produces high-quality images for clinical interpretation. Demonstrates competence in invasive/interventional procedures as applicable and performs equipment quality control measurements. Maintains a safe environment and adheres to safety policies, while ensuring workflow efficiency by managing supplies and documentation.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program; requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable; BLS certification required; minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The candidate must possess effective communication skills, human relations skills, and problem-solving abilities. Must demonstrate the ability to analyze data and respond appropriately to patient care needs.
