Job Details
- Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current state licensure as a PT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and must be able to start as soon as possible.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Delivering physical therapy assessments and treatments, developing patient care plans, and documenting progress accurately.
- Additional Information: Position duration from October 19, 2026, to January 2, 2027. Cancelation notice required is 14 days. Float: Float rotation may be required.
