Job Summary
Xray Technologist in the XRAY TECH specialty, located at the healthcare provider's facility. This position involves coordinating and participating in all computerized tomography (CT) scanning procedures, utilizing complex imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes. The role requires ensuring patient safety, preparing and injecting contrast media intravenously, and maintaining high image quality standards.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ARRT, with no specific education, degree, or minimum years of experience required. The position is located at the healthcare provider's facility with an 8-hour shift, scheduled in the evenings, totaling 40 hours weekly, starting 10/12/2026 and ending 01/11/2027.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring CT equipment, transferring and positioning patients using proper safety techniques, applying immobilization devices, obtaining patient history, and assisting with emergency medical situations including providing basic CPR. The successful candidate will assist radiologists and other physician specialists with specialized radiological procedures, assist in maintaining equipment calibration and quality control, and participate in continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
