Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active BLS - must be AHA; minimum of two years of recent related work experience. No licensure required in North Dakota.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with call rotation one night per week and rotating weekends. The first case starts at 07:30 during weekdays, with potential floating to other units/departments including the Broadway campus if capable of HIPEC.
• Operational Responsibilities: Provide perfusion support for on-pump and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacement surgeries, TAVR support for adults, and utilize Spectrum (Viper) pumps and EPIC electronic health records.
• Unit/Department Specifics: Works within a team of three surgeons and four perfusionists, with an orientation that includes a 1:1 perfusionist to clinician pairing. Ensure proper badge-in/out procedures; scrubbing attire provided.
• Credentials and Documentation: Completed application, employment history, copies of training/diploma, board certification, evidence of clinical activity (at least 40 encounters in the last 12 months), employee health clearance, and COI showing coverage if previously employed by the organization.
• Additional Requirements: Must be able to perform duties in hybrid cath lab settings for TAVRs and floating to over units/departments as needed.
