Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and physician instructions. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and team members. Ensures compliance with safety and organizational standards, promoting quality care and patient safety.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; valid state licensure; schedule of dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: The therapist must complete comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records with timely documentation. Active participation in professional development and adherence to regulatory standards are expected.
