Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO) Lafayette, IN
This position involves performing adult echocardiography, including stress echocardiography, within a non-invasive cardiology unit. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Details
- Position: Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO)
- Location: Lafayette, IN
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, RDCS or RCS, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric, including neonatal echocardiography
- Additional Requirements: Must complete hospital required onboarding education prior to first day
- Responsibilities: Performing adult echocardiography, including stress tests, assessing cardiac function, and ensuring accurate imaging and documentation
- Unit Information: 150 beds, team-oriented environment, utilizing Philips CVx equipment, EMR system is Epic
- First Day Instructions: Candidate will report to the Heart Center located in the South tower on the first floor through the South/Emergency entrance
