Job Summary

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science; registered with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible; advanced certification in CT; must become registered within one year of employment and maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually; current competency in Health Care Professional (HCP) Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Siemens experience is preferred.
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct CT procedures, including multi-planar and 3D reconstruction, following protocols to produce quality diagnostic images.
  • Verify patient identification, obtain patient history, and assist patients and family members requiring additional attention.
  • Administer oral and intravenous contrast, establish intravenous lines, and perform proper injection procedures following safety protocols.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of PACS and transmit images to various systems, verify and segment images, and ensure accurate charge documentation.
  • Review patient charts and reports for correlation, maintain a clean work environment, and document incidents for improvement opportunities.
  • Precept new employees and students as needed.
  • Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, supporting workflow consistency.
