Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must hold a valid, current State license; minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation or Neuro settings; BLS Certification required prior to first shift; Shift hours: 8 hours daily; minimum hours per week: 40; start date: 10/19/2026; end date: 01/18/2027.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Additional responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, collaborating with teams on discharge barriers, managing individual and group therapy sessions, documentation, and participating in student programs and professional development.
• Ensures care is provided in accordance with signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval, emphasizing patient and employee safety.
