CT Technologist in Wabasha, MN. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures at a critical access hospital. The role requires working in a GE CT scanner environment, supporting patient care with technical expertise, and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: ARRT(R), ARRT (CT), and AHA BLS certifications are required. An associate degree or certificate is necessary. Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting with X-ray and CT procedures.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Performing CT imaging, working independently, managing time and critical thinking skills, and supporting the units exam volume of approximately 5,500 cases annually.
• Additional Requirements: On-call duty is required during overnight hours with a 20-minute response time, including one night per weekday and rotational weekend coverage every fifth weekend. Candidate must start compliance with medical requirements within 48 hours of acceptance.
• Shift Notes: 8-hour shifts, with orientation considered unbillable and scheduled at the start of assignment.
