Description

Job Summary
CT Technologist, Location: Hawaii. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in an acute hospital setting. The role requires independent operation of imaging equipment following radiologist protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Job Details

Certifications: Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education Requirements: Valid licensure and certification as specified.
Location Requirements: Candidate must hold Hawaii licensure by the start of the assignment; must arrive the Thursday before start to complete employee health appointments.
Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in an acute hospital setting.
Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include scanning per radiologist protocols, performing routine CT scans, and functioning independently. Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred. Additional experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke procedures is a plus.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 11/02/2026 and comply with all assignment prerequisites.
