Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient Location unspecified. This outpatient position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients, ensuring effective return to community activities. Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active license for the state where work will be performed; minimum experience of 0 years.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans, and maintains accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in student programs and provides clinical supervision when appropriate.
• Actively pursues professional development through continuing education and engagement in professional organizations.
• Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure in good standing, and follows ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Understands and applies organizational performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.
• Demonstrates skills necessary for safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and slips/trips and falls prevention, adhering to clinic safety guidelines.
• Performs all duties in accordance with organizational core values, emphasizing safety, teamwork, results orientation, and superior quality care.
