Job Summary
A healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist in a rotating shift position. This role involves performing computed tomography procedures with a focus on maintaining high-quality imaging and patient safety standards within a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for performing all aspects of CT imaging, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection, in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
- Required Qualifications: All required certifications including ARRT-Radiography, ARRT-Computed Tomography, and Basic Life Support, along with a minimum of 1 year experience in Radiology.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff. Responsible for explaining procedures and ensuring quality control. Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and multitask effectively throughout the shift.
- Candidates must demonstrate competence in CT procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety, with a solid understanding of anatomy and pathology affecting image quality.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates are expected to meet all qualifications and be able to provide documentation of certifications upon hire.
