Job Summary
Milwaukee, WI CT Technologist. This hospital-based position involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans and assisting in patient care within a Level IV Trauma Center and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The role requires supporting a community hospital setting that handles a wide range of patient types, including strokes, oncology, and general diagnostic imaging.
Job Details
- Position: CT Technologist
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, ARRT, Wisconsin License; experience with patient types including stroke, oncology, and general CT; 2 years of experience; experience with community hospital setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience
- Schedule: Standard day shift; weekends and holidays as scheduled; schedule coordinated through the manager
- Additional Information: Support staff includes transporters and lead technicians; radiologist reads during the day with offsite reading at night; equipment includes Cannon 80 Slice and GE 40 Slice CT scanners; orientation involves 2-3 shifts in the department; no on-call responsibilities; scrub attire is professional solid color without graphics or logos; free parking available.
