Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo specializing in Ultra Echo located in the area is available for a contract position. This role involves working independently within a healthcare provider environment, performing echocardiographic procedures, and utilizing advanced ultrasound equipment. The position requires a proactive professional capable of managing clinical responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Job Details
- Position Description: The ultrasound technologist will perform echocardiographic examinations across inpatient settings, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certificate, at least 24 months of current echocardiography experience, proficiency with Philips equipment, EPIC and Xcelera charting system experience, current or recent hospital experience preferred, Level II trauma experience required, and a valid drivers license.
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week, starting October 26, 2026, and ending January 18, 2027.
- Additional Information: The candidate must be comfortable working independently, with a minimum of 24 months of echocardiography experience, and be willing to float across all campuses if required. Call and holiday work may be necessary as per organizational policy.
