Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) Located in Oregon. This inpatient pharmacy position involves providing comprehensive medication management and support within a hospital environment. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize patient drug therapy and ensure safety and efficiency.
Job Details
- Position Description: The pharmacy team at the healthcare provider is staffed by area experts on medications, making decisions to optimize patient drug therapy.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required upon submission. No minimum years of experience required; previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Oregon Pharmacist Licensure, Healthcare Provider Level BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
