Ultrasonographer Echo Pediatrics in Yakima, WA. This position involves performing high-quality pediatric echocardiograms in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare facility. The role requires quick-thinking, clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver exceptional imaging services.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for performing pediatric echocardiograms for patients aged 0-18 years, with occasional support for adult echocardiography.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years total experience with at least 1 year of pediatric experience at a high acuity, fast-paced facility; Licensure in BLS and ARDMS (RCDS) or CCI (RCS); ADRMS (RCDS PE) preferred.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patient types, proficiency with ultrasound equipment, and familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic.
- Additional Information: Able to perform 4-6 scans per shift, flexible to float between clinical areas, and capable of supporting adult echocardiography during downtime or outpatient clinic as needed.
