Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) Location: Not Specified. This position involves evaluating, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans for assigned patients within an outpatient setting. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure functional recovery and safe return to community activities, while also serving as an educator for patients, families, and staff.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Thursday with minimum 40 hours per week.
- Position Description: Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician guidance, and documents progress accurately and in a timely manner. Provides supervision for students, participates in professional development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Additional Information: Performs in accordance with organizational safety standards and professional codes of conduct. Actively contributes to performance improvement initiatives and professional growth activities.
