Job Summary
CT Technologist Radiology, General Location. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans, X-ray, and fluoroscopy procedures in a busy radiology department. The position requires flexibility with shifts, including potential float to surgical areas, and provides an opportunity to work with advanced imaging equipment and diverse cases.

Job Details

  • Certifications: ARRT in Radiography and Computed Tomography, BLS Certification; Oregon Medical Imaging license.
  • Education/Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist required.
  • Location: General scheduling based on departmental needs.
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 10-hour shift and a total of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography, BLS, Oregon Medical Imaging license, 2 years minimum experience.
  • Additional Information: Position involves full-time, day shift work. Responsibilities include performing approximately 10-15 CT and 10-20 X-ray scans during swing shift, and 15-20 CT and 10-20 X-ray during daytime hours. Experience with GE, Phillips, or Siemens equipment is preferred. Knowledge of EMR & PACS systems such as Merge PACS and Meditech EMR is needed. The department has one CT scanner and uses black scrubs. Department-specific orientation is provided, and the supervisor will be Jamie Bealer, Manager.
