Job Summary
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in the specialty of Computed Tomography (CT) for a position starting in December 2026. The role involves performing routine CT scans independently in an acute hospital setting, adhering to radiologist protocols, and utilizing Meditech electronic medical records, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstations.
Job Details
- Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required; a minimum of two (2) years' work experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.
- Schedule: Shifts may vary by need. 10-hour shifts; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Hawaii license by start of assignment, ARRT certification in CT, BLS certification, and at least two years' relevant hospital experience.
- Additional Information: Candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. No call required. Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke procedures is a plus.
