Job Summary
CT Technologist Location unspecified. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in a busy healthcare facility. The candidate will work nights, providing high-quality imaging services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.
Job Details
- Certifications Required: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and ND state licensure.
- Education & Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
- Schedule: Night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Must be able to cover X-ray procedures. Experience with EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System) are necessary.
- Department Equipment: Siemens 64 slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, X-ray, portable X-ray, GE portable X-ray.
- Work Environment: Night techs work alone; day shifts have a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on duty. The facility fosters a friendly, team-oriented environment with cross-trained staff.
- Other Requirements: Must have good communication, teamwork, and approachability skills. Orientation duration depends on experience.
- Additional Notes: RTO (Request for Time Off) must be submitted upfront (7 days or less per 13-week contract); further RTO may not be approved. Candidates cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity.
