Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist, Registered, RT PEDS Night Shift The organization is seeking a highly skilled respiratory care professional to deliver advanced respiratory services in a hospital setting. This role involves managing airway devices, ventilators, and administering respiratory treatments for pediatric and neonatal patients, ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC); Ability to work with pediatric, NICU, and PICU patients with at least 2 years of hospital experience; EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency; experience with airway management, mechanical ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and respiratory care procedures.
• Additional Information: May perform advanced procedures such as UAC, UVC, IV insertion, Needle Decompression, ABG analysis, blood glucose monitoring, and manage extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) when applicable. May be required to work on-call and perform pulmonary function testing, tracheostomy care, extubations, and other respiratory care practices.
