Physical Therapist, Inpatient (PT IP) Located in an acute care facility, this inpatient physical therapy role involves providing evaluation and treatment services in outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and mobility.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  Provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment; outpatient, inpatient, and home care services, including supervision of physical therapist assistants (NO long-term care). Utilizes equipment such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Ultrasound, and Tractium Ionto.

• Required Qualifications:
  MN Physical Therapist License, BLS Certification, at least 1 year of experience in orthopedic and rehabilitation skills, and ability to work in an acute care setting. This role is scheduled for 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and holiday rotation, and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  Training for Electronic Medical Record systems; flexibility to float to other units/departments as needed.

• Additional Information:
  Training on Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC) will be provided as needed; supervision and support available from management at all times. The unit is a well-equipped outpatient department with a wellness center and has a 15-bed hospital capacity. Dress code is casual, with scrubs or business casual attire preferred.
