Job Summary
MRI Technologist MRI Location unspecified. This role involves performing advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures within a healthcare facility, primarily utilizing Siemens Aera and Sola 1.5 Tesla magnets. The position requires competency in scanning various body parts, including neuro, body, and musculoskeletal imaging, with a focus on safety and patient care, including ventilated and monitored patients.
Job Details
- Position: MRI Technologist
- Shift: 4x10 Nights (21:00-07:30) Monday through Thursday, or possible 5x8s (23:00-07:30) Monday through Friday
- Schedule: 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR), ARRT Registration, BLS Certification, active MD or Compact State License, 3 years of clinical experience, competent in basic MRI requests (Neuro, Body, MSK), experienced with ventilated and monitored patients in a Level 1 Trauma setting, Siemens MRI experience on Aera and Sola models
- Additional Information: Applicants must have MRI safety knowledge, MRI zones adherence, and experience with vented and monitored patients, preferably in a Level 1 Trauma setting. Candidates must be able to float within the specialty and MTC campus as needed. No pre-scheduled on-call shifts are required.
