Job Details

• Certifications: Recent outpatient experience as a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, current state license in Arizona, physical therapy degree, and recent outpatient experience.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting December 21, 2026, and ending March 20, 2027.
• Responsibilities include managing a patient caseload of approximately 12 patients per day, with expectations to adapt schedules for cancellations and no-shows.
