Job Details

• Position Description: Performs prescribed computed tomography procedures following and verifying referring providers' orders; ensures optimal patient care and accurate imaging quality.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program; National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R) or ARRT(NM)) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB (CNMT)); State Licensure if required (AZ, WY, NV); Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT(CT) or NMTCB (CT)) within 18 months of hire; Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS); Clinical knowledge typically achieved with two years of experience; effective communication skills, human relations skills, ability to analyze data, and solve problems.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Call shifts and holidays may be assigned by department manager. AZDHS CT license required; preferred experience with stroke, trauma, pediatric, cardiac cases.
