Job Summary
MRI Technologist in Spokane Valley, Washington. This position involves performing general magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams, including musculoskeletal (MSK), body, neuro, and cardiac imaging, primarily in a Level 3 Trauma Center. The role requires operating GE 1.5 MRI equipment and working independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 11/02/2026 through 01/30/2027
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification; ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification; Washington state license; minimum of 2 years of MRI experience; experience with GE 1.5 Tesla MRI equipment; proficient in general MRI exams including MSK, body, neuro, and cardiac; skills in managing trauma and sporadic combative patients; ability to start IVs; independent worker comfortable working alone in a closed-off section of the hospital
• Schedule details: On call until following mornings on Saturday/Sunday; approximately one weekend per month or less; 30-minute response time; holiday coverage required for one major holiday per contract
• Additional Information: Supporting skills include knowledge of EMR (EPIC) system, IV pumps (Alaris), and MRI equipment (Altea). Orientation includes New Employee Orientation plus three days of training. Scrub color acceptable: any solid, professional color; parking is provided freely in designated areas.
