Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: unspecified. This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, and promoting functional recovery. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and adherence to professional standards to ensure high-quality care.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures therapeutic programs facilitate effective return to community activities.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the state where work will be performed, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive evaluations, ensures documentation compliance, and participates in student training and professional development activities. Adheres to regulatory standards and maintains licensure in good standing.
• Safety & Organizational Values: Promotes patient and employee safety, follows all clinic safety guidelines, and aligns behaviors with organizational core values and mission.
