Job Details

• Certifications and Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CAPTE Certified, CPR Certification, active license for the state where work will be performed.
• Experience Requirement: 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist in conducting therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, joint mobility, pain relief, functional skills training, and community re-entry training. Train patients in gait and locomotion using assistive devices and demonstrate proper use of modalities like whirlpools, ultrasound, and therapeutic pools. Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control policies.
