Job Details

• Position Description: This role involves providing respiratory care, pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing to pediatric patients across different health care environments. Perform basic modalities of respiratory care, manage mechanical ventilators, troubleshoot medical equipment, and evaluate patient responses.
• Required Qualifications: Associate or technical degree; proof of passing the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); current license as required by state law; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; no minimum years of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position may require floating between campuses, with responsibilities including patient assessments, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and documentation of therapy provided. Candidates should be knowledgeable of clinical techniques, applications, and equipment, typically obtained through one year of clinical experience, though no minimum experience is mandated.
