Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) in Tehachapi, California. Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP)
• Location: Tehachapi, California
• Shift: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with a start time around 8 a.m.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
• Preferred Qualifications: Two years' Physical Therapy experience
• Essential Functions: Conduct evaluations ensuring quality standards; use clinical techniques and tools; establish individualized treatment plans; provide therapy interventions; communicate discharge and care plans; complete clinical documentation; supervise assigned assistants; perform additional duties as assigned
• Additional Information: The position involves completing evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and ensuring documentation accuracy in a healthcare facility setting. All associates are required to receive all recommended vaccinations as a condition of employment, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.
