Job Summary:
Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) for a 3-month assignment in an acute care setting. This role involves providing physical therapy services to inpatient patients with a focus on long treatment sessions, requiring adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP)
• Location: The healthcare provider
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida; BLS certification; 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: IRF or skilled nursing facility experience; previous travel experience preferred; ability to function well independently
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Unit of approximately 467 beds with a 26-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, with staff of approximately 40. The role involves performing 1.5 long treatment sessions, attending team conferences, and working rotating weekends. Equipment used includes treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS documentation system. Dress code is light gray scrubs.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a clean BLS certification, PT license in Florida, and be eligible to start on 11/23/2026, ending on 02/15/2027.
