Job Summary
CT Technologist Radiology - Location unspecified. This position involves operating CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images, reviewing patient history, and educating patients about procedures to ensure cooperation. The role requires preparing and administering contrast media and medications within scope of practice, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout the imaging process.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association, ARRT certification in Radiography (RD) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Education: Associate degree in radiologic technology; additional completion of a CT technology certificate program preferred.
• Experience: Two years of recent experience in Radiology and CT.
• Location Requirements: No specific geographic restrictions noted.
• Schedule: Nights shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Thursday.
• Additional Information: Must be able to float between the X-ray and CT departments, demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and adhere to safety regulations. Must submit required documentation, including SSN and DOB, RTR, and vendor submittal packet, to be considered for the role.
