Job Summary

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist specializing in cardiac and vascular procedures. This position supports cardiac and peripheral vascular cases in an adult and geriatric patient population, contributing as part of a three-person procedural team. The role requires proficiency in monitoring and scrubbing for cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications; required education or credentials include RT, RCIS, or CVTD; five years of experience; proficiency in monitoring and scrubbing for cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac catheterization laboratory scrub experience, particularly in a high-volume setting.
• Schedule: Day shifts of 06001630 or 07001530, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; on-call coverage from Friday at 1630 through Monday at 0600, with call every fourth day and every fourth weekend.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include supporting cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures while maintaining a patient-focused, team-oriented, and positive approach. Black scrubs are required. Weekly orientation is provided, and coverage is needed as soon as possible.
