Description

Shift: TBD

Work Experience:

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ physical function and quality of life.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of IL. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
