Description
Shift: Dayshift - hours vary - Hours: 7-3:30, 6:30a-7p, 7:30-4, 8-4:30
Tech will work 4-8's one week, 2-12's and 2-8's second week at an outpatient center. Will work every 3rd Saturday at Hospital for Outpatient schedule.
Work Experience:- Prepare patients and explain procedures
Verify patient details, take history, and explain CT/MRI scan to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation. - Operate imaging equipment (CT/MRI scanners)
Position patients correctly and run scanning equipment to produce clear diagnostic images as prescribed by doctors. - Ensure patient safety and monitoring
Follow safety protocols (radiation safety in CT, magnetic safety in MRI), monitor patients during scans, and manage contrast media if required. - Maintain image quality and records
ARRT(CT) ARRT(MRI) Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
