Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) Work Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients and families. License:
Valid Occupational Therapist, License in the state of OR. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
