• Years of experience REQ: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination
• First-timers accepted: No - requires travel experience.
• Weekend REQ: Weekend Rotation
• CA state license: Yes
• Pending License accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date
