Description

Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:00) Work Experience:

Medication dispensing & order verification
Review and verify doctors’ prescriptions, ensure correct dosage, and safely dispense medications to hospitalized patients.
Patient medication therapy management
Monitor patient drug therapy, check for drug interactions or side effects, and adjust treatment for safe and effective outcomes.
Collaboration with healthcare team
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to recommend appropriate medications and improve patient care.
Compounding, storage & safety compliance

Education:
PharmD License:
BCPS*, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification*, PharmD*, RPh Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
