Description

Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Work Experience:

Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs through interviews and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment or care plans, including counseling and therapy services.
Connect clients with community resources and coordinate services with healthcare providers and support agencies.
Maintain client records, monitor progress, and provide crisis intervention or ongoing emotional support when needed

License:
LCSW LSWAIC MSW \ Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
