Description
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans that improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programs, including exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance mobility, self-care, and functional performance.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and maximize independence.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams,
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of CA. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
