Description

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00)   Work Experience:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnoses, functional goals, and rehabilitation progress.

  • Provide therapy to improve communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing safety, including patient and caregiver education.

  • Document assessments, treatment outcomes, progress, and discharge recommendations while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

License:
CCC-SLP, MBSImP, Vital stim   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
