Description
- Perform echocardiograms – Conduct 2D, M-mode, Doppler, 3D, stress, and other cardiac ultrasound examinations to evaluate heart structure and function.
- Prepare and care for patients – Review patient history, explain the procedure, position patients correctly, and monitor their comfort and safety during the exam.
- Acquire and assess images – Operate ultrasound equipment, obtain high-quality cardiac images, review image quality, and recognize significant abnormalities for the cardiologist.
- Document and collaborate
ARDMS, ARDMS or CCI either one, ARRT Sonography, RDCS Adult*, CCI Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
