Description
Work Experience:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms by positioning patients correctly and producing high-quality breast images for radiologist interpretation.
- Prepare and educate patients by explaining procedures, obtaining relevant medical history, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the examination.
- Operate, maintain, and perform quality control checks on mammography equipment while following radiation safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records, assist radiologists during breast imaging procedures (such as biopsies when required), and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
ARRT(R)(M) Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
