Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist will provide home-based care focusing on physical, orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal rehabilitation. The role requires working in a designated geographical region with flexible scheduling, primarily Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to patients with varying diagnoses, including ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries.
Work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in team meetings as needed.

Requirements:

Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form).
One year of experience in PT/OT/Speech; home setting experience preferred.
BLS Certification.
License to submit.
