Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive care in a home health setting, covering a geographical region, with a primary focus on orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to patients primarily in home health settings.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Cerner EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including rehab aides, OTAs, and PTAs.
• Participate in floor-specific orientation and ongoing training as required.
• Maintain professional dress code with business attire and a white lab coat.

Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience with Oasis forms.
• Minimum one year of experience in PT/OT/Sp.
• Experience in a home setting preferred but not required.
• Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
